Members Registration
Players will be contacted by the section organiser in January or July inviting them to apply and giving details of the next concert.
(You are a member of the orchestra if you have played with us within the last three years). Otherwise you must follow the process for new members.
Please respond promptly to your section organiser who will then inform you, again by email, whether you have been allotted a place or have been placed on a waiting list.
You must then confirm your acceptance within 14 days, or risk losing that place.
NOTE: DO NOT PAY OR BOOK FLIGHTS ETC. UNTIL YOUR PLACE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE SECTION ORGANISER. Most sections of the orchestra are now oversubscribed and not everyone will be able to play in every concert.
WHEN YOUR PLACE IS CONFIRMED BY THE SECTION ORGANISER, PLEASE CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE PROMPTLY - WITHIN 14 DAYS - AND PAY the REGISTRATION FEE of £110 (currently 122 Euro) VIA THE PayPal LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. Note: Social event = £25.00 (28 Euro)
Music Parts will be posted on the website to be downloaded for study and practice prior to the concert.
The registration fee covers the costs of the weekend. You will be expected to pay for your travel, accommodation and some of the social programme (see next concert details). Please note: In face of genuine financial hardship then members should contact the secretary IN ADVANCE.

New Members Registration
The orchestra welcomes applications from new players who wish to play with the orchestra. We are also keen to develop links with all European countries.
The criteria are straightforward;
You must be a qualified doctor, be resident or born in a European country and be a competent orchestral player. (standard Grade 5 or above (UK) or equivalent). The orchestra is now well established, and many sections have waiting lists. Your section organiser will let you know the situation.
